Stretch Mark Treatment

Stretch Marks - The Line Eraser Procedure

Stretch Marks (Striae Distensae) is a common form of scarring of the skin that appear as red (striae rubra) or white scars (striae alba). Although most stretch marks do not cause any discomfort, their appearance alone may be distressing to patients causing low self esteem.

At GCL aesthetics, Dr Tariq Ali Khan uses a combination treatment to lessen the appearance of unsightly stretch marks using Sculptra® injections along with Carboxy therapy. As stretch marks are already remodeled to a scar, this treatment combination allows the skin to remodel and rebuild collagen to improve the stretch marks. This treatment is also coupled with the use of topical Retinoic Acid every evening to improve the results and discoloration.
